TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Space is limited at this time of the year and fill up fast! Book early for Christmas 2021, we have taken bookings already from clients who don't want to miss out!
Book early to avoid disappointment.
Preference is given to dogs that have been boarded with us before and have a GOOD - to VERY GOOD rating. Please try to board your dog for a day or two prior to the holidays, to be sure he/she is comfortable at our place:-)
- Minimum duration of booking is 7 days;
- Payment of $100 deposit taken at time of booking which will be included in the final amount. Please note that this fee is non-refundable and non-transferable to other bookings. A high season fee of $3 per day that will apply from 25 December to 4 January.
- Please Do not bring any bedding! It is far too hot over Summer and dogs choose to lay on the floor and don't use their blankets!
- We supply all food. Please do not bring other food unless your dog is on a veterinary prescribed diet.
- Dogs MUST be neutered or spayed to board.
- Holiday Hours: 27 Dec - Wellington Anniversary Monday - 8a.m - 11.30am & 5p.m.- 6p.m

Price Increase
Notice of Daily Rates Increase – commencing 1st August 2018
After 4 years without any rate changes, we are no longer able to absorb the constant increase in wages, electricity, insurances, premium foods and other rising costs.
We have introduced the minimum rate increase possible, and will continue to provide the best possible care for your family members. Rates are per day, per guest. The increase is $2 per day per dog.We will also continue our policy of maintaining normal rates during Peak Seasons, even though we have staff wage penalties over
Weekends and Public Holidays.
